Rear window rubber crease...

Hi all, stupid question but on my new turbo on my rear passenger window, that outside rubber seal has a crease where it meets. On one side of the car you cannot see where the crease meets but on the other side there is a line that you can see very easily. How can I get ride of the line that is very distinguishable in the rubber seal?Thank you
