drag racing in northern california

Anyone here brought their 997 turbo to drag race at a track? I have a turbo cab tip and am thinking about bringing it to the strip to get some 1/4 times and trap speeds. used to bring my mkiv supra twin turbo 6 speed and it was pretty fun. infineon raceway has many requirement espeically for convertibles running faster than 14 seconds and even more for faster than 12 seconds.

have any of you had to prep your car in any way for drag racing at a track?

NJR911 is infamous around these parts
I had my 07 turbo tip coupe at PBIR here in florida back a couple months ago. It ran consistent 11.33's at 121 mph. I was pleased but now want to go faster, imagine that!
