A while back I posted a DME readout on a 997.1 TT that looked like this:

range 1: 29005, 283.2h
range 2: 7399, 277.6h
range 3: 2162, 250.1h
range 4: 580, 213.9h
range 5: 259, 92.3h
range 6: 98, 92.3h

I ended up passing on the car, but checking back on the VIN today, I found that the car is being sold at another dealer, and some how got CPO!

How is this possible? This shakes all faith I ever had in the CPO program.

 

Can you post or PM the vin # so I can scratch the car from my prospective list?

thanks for the info. The funny thing is that I work 10 minutes from that dealer. According to their website, that car is not CPO'ed.

Not knowing the DME history, i passed on it because the interior color was not my taste.

 

I've been looking for that color combo for a while, it's definitely my top choice... but... with that engine, what can you do? : )

Run the VIN through google and you can find some autotrader/carfax stuff that shows the CPO.
