Hlp Pls: How to get rid of CD Changer error message after Ipod Interface Install?

After my moBridge Ipod Interface install, I now have an annoying message about the CD Changer no longer existing every time I turn on engine/car. I have read that you could bring car to a dealer to "program out" the DVD changer. I am curious if this is something I could do myself and save a trip to the dealer.

1. I assume a simple OBD2 reader, like this one from Sears http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_1...2&blockType=G2, will NOT be able to program out the DVD changer?

2. What about Durametric - could Durametric "delete" the DVD changer?
TIA

Durametric professional is supposed to be able to do it thanks to some updates it got last year.

Piwis can do it too, of course. Took only a few seconds for me at the dealer, no more error.

Thanks dj (and everyone) for the helpful replies. I am always looking for a reason to buy more toys but Professional Version is definitely in "ouch" territory: $735. http://www.durametric.com/buyus.aspx

It looks like a trip to the dealer$.
I may still by the Durametric enthusiast version anyway - it does allow you to clear service reminder code right?
