Hey guys, anyone know where is a good/honest mechanic in Marin County or SF that I can get my car serviced? Fluids, oil change, etc.

I have a light that came on that says "service in 23 days" but it does not specify what it needs. Any idea's?

I would take to Sharkwerks but they dont do oil change. I don't take my car to S-CAR-GO or the place down the street (Tech Art or something)...

S-CAR-GO recently did some great work on my 997.1, Sharkwerks turned me down as well.

I'm recommending them as a more down to earth, 'customer is always right' kind of shop. I brought in an aftermarket exhaust I purchased elsewhere and they were happy to take my money.

 

I go to Bauer Porsche in Oakland. They are an independent "old school" shop and have been extremely good with my car. They are honest, reliable, and knowledgeable. Just don't expect a fancy reception area.
