Looking for a nice sedan for the wife. Narrowed it down to S600
Or Maserati Q 4.7
Thoughts on which is the better overall car?

 

This is a tough one and will really depend on what you like to drive on a day to day basis. The S600 will be very refined, quiet, and I'm sure still have plenty of power to suit your needs on an every day basis. The Mas is a comfortable car but the ride quality isn't all that great from what I remember and I've heard a lot of not so flattering things about the build quality on a long term basis. Of course the engine not from it is fantastic when you lay into it but can be a bit annoying for a long term cruiser. I'm sure you're prepared to pay a significant amount for most repairs on either car. Have u guys looked into either a BMW 760, Audi S8, or even an S63? Either one of those cars I'd personally take over the two you listed here.

 

I think an E63 or CLS63 would be a better choice. Plenty of room for the family and fun to drive. S-Class and Maserati aren't any fun and too big in my opinion. I owned an S65 and it was the most boring car I have ever owned.

CLS63 is a sweet ride and looks wise it miles nicer IMO than any other 4dr cars out there. Have heard awesome things about the new TT 5.5l V8 too.

 

I love both, but my boss has been having non stop problems with his Maser. The only thing I really love about the Maser is the exhaust tone that will please every ear around. My vote goes for the 600, but like mentioned the cls63 is also an awesome ride.
