Anyone have an annoying clicking sound behind gbox- ? sounds like flapper valve

Anyone have an annoying clicking sound behind gbox- ? sounds like flapper valve
Sounds like a bunch of marbles jiggling around and is not fan speed related but goes away when i turn hvac off. Weird thing is it comes and goes (always with hvac on)

I had one flapper valve replaced last year but this has come back in 6 months. Is this a common issue? Could something else be causing it? Not calibrated properly? The sound is very annoying ugh!

I do have the same sound coming from same area and I have no clue what it is!!!

I have it too sometimes when starting the car,goes away after a few seconds.
