My go to guy is Tony at Dent Free. He is mobile and typically works with dealerships. You can tell him that David referred you.

He's work on all my cars over last 10 years. One of the best in terms of service. He will work with you on a fair assessment of the expected result. Interestingly, he will tell you if the dent can't be fixed perfectly. Some dent guys will quote you without knowing if they can fix it or not.
Some panels are not accessible or need to drill holes for access. Tony is a straight up guy.
