Thinking of buying a2008 997 Cab, Turbo 6 speed- 2500 miles, certified

Looking for advice re price, local dealer has offered me a 2008 997 Turbo Cab, 6 speed, GT silver, loads of options, 176K MSRP, Porsche Certified will be included, and is really like a time capsule car, for 94k. I currently own a 2011 GT3 and a 2014 Ferrari California. This car would serve as my daily driver, probably put on 3-5 k miles per year so the certified really won't play much for me. My sense is this car is probably worth mid 80s, what do you folks think?

Over priced, similar 08 and 30K+ mile 09's in VA sell for $75-79K. Gingerbread (CF, crests, stitching etc) non-performance options are nice but don't add very much to the asking/selling price. Your dealer is pricing them in at retail anyway. Now, if the car has PCCB's and LSD that would increase the value/price. Unless you really want this car offer $79 with a CPO. Also, convertibles are not as desirable as coupes. Walk away, I would. JMO.

I was in a similar situation several months ago when I decided to purchase my 2008 997.1tt cab with 2 year CPO for 89k. You can likely get that one for 90-91k. My tire sensors went out shortly after ( a $1200 replacement for all 4 covered by cpo). Cpo is important regardless of miles. There are several 65k-80k 997 tt out there but the majority fall into one or more of these categories 1) Tip ( huge turnoff…many are sitting). 2) high mileage and abused 3) tuned 4) poor color combos 5) coupe ( this is subjective but the sporty stance of a cab, and the sound of an EP with the top down is incredible and adds a lot more fun to the driving experience . I usually drive 80% top down.) With the PDK only 991 TT try and get the best 997.1 tt MT you can find and hold on to it. My 0.02.
