I've unexpectedly decided to sell my Midnight Blue 997TT that I purchased only a few months ago as I have a unique opportunity to upgrade to a 997.2 GT3. This Turbo was a special order in mid-2008 and was one of the last '08 911's built (07/08 build date) before the '09 model year. The car currently has just over 27,000 original miles and is extremely clean with very minimal wear inside or out, and is in immaculate shape both mechanically and cosmetically speaking. Midnight Blue is a stunning color and really needs to be seen in person to be adequately appreciated. This color combined with all the paint matched and alcantara interior pieces, as well as all the speed yellow accents really takes the look to another level. A PPI was performed right before I purchased it and the car easily passed all aspects of the inspection. This was done less than 1,000 miles ago. The car has been very well maintained throughout its life, and has had all services performed on schedule at the dealership. It has a clean Carfax/Autocheck report with no accidents, perfect history, and well documented maintenance records. The car doesn't have any issues or problems of any kind whatsoever. In the interest of full disclosure it had some prior paintwork last year from being sand blasted on a road trip, but it wasn't really a big deal and the work was done at the Porsche dealership...just want to be transparent with any prospective buyers and the asking price reflects this. But to reiterate, the car has never been any collisions nor fender benders. All of the wearable items (i.e. clutch, belts, brakes, tires, fluids) are in great shape as are all other systems, and all factory equipment functions perfectly. No dents, dings, scratches, etc., and the paint finish is very healthy as it is frequently hand waxed and detailed. The leather and alcantara interior pieces are practically like new with very minimal wear on the seat bolsters and other interior surfaces. The top is also in excellent condition with no tears, discoloration, or other issues. The car is completely original and thus does not have any aftermarket modifications of any kind. It has always been stored in a climate controlled garaged in the SF bay area or Northern Nevada since new and is thus completely rust & corrosion free. I'm a mature and responsible enthusiast owner that has owned several sport & exotic cars over the years and have sold nearly all of them to fellow forum members with 100% positive feedback. It's also worth mentioning that this car hasn't been raced and/or abused and has never seen a race track or autocross course. This is one of the primary reasons why it's so fresh and clean. The title is held at my local credit union and is ready for immediate transfer to the new owner. I'll post many other interior and exterior pics as weather/time permits. This Turbo is a very unique specification and is one of the most highly optioned 997TT's currently for sale.

I'm asking $78,500 OBO which I feel is very fair considering the condition and specification, but any serious and reasonable offers will be considered. This is not a distressed or rushed sale by any means...I'm only letting this beauty go since I'll be upgrading to a '11 GT3 in the very near future.
