First time at the track with Cobb tune - PDK error :(

Hey guys, I am the proud owner of a 2011 Turbo. I bought it a little over a month ago and totally love the car. Since purchasing the car I have added an IPD plenum and just last week the Cobb Accessport Tune.

I took the car to our local 1/4 track two weeks ago. With only the IPD plenum I ran a best time of 11.08 124mph (1.69 60ft).

I decided to add the cobb tune to the car. I immediately noticed a difference in the HP. The tune really wakes up the car if you ask me.

Well tonight the weather was perfect and so I decided to take the car back to the track to see how much better my times would improve from the tune. I only ran the car two times and both times I had a transmission error right at the end of the run.

The error came up and kicked me out of Sport plus, the car still drove fine. There were no jerks, noises, or nasty smells coming from the car. It almost seemed like the car went into "limp mode" like my old BMW 335i would do when the engine got too hot.

I still managed to run a 10.748 119 MPH (1.69 60ft).

Also, I pulled the codes using the cobb, but can't find anything on google:

0x5F3
52C1
50C1
0x5F1
01C4

Thanks so much for any help.

Sorry to hear that you had an issue!

We don't have a calibration for the IPD plenum that is off the shelf so that is probably part of your issue.

Shoot me an email and I can get you something that should work with no issue. I can email it right to you!

Thanks so much I look forward to hearing from you!

Update:

Mitch had my update the Accessport and load it into my car. I ran the car hard for 30 - 40 minutes after updating and so far have had zero issues.
