On my last P, I did it myself. Just buy the material, and start wrapping.

If you want REAL carbon fiber wrapped parts, I don't think you're going to find that locally. Try DB Carbon.

Contact LUX Motorwerks (www.luxmotorwerks.com). They can do carbon vinyl wrap, but they are also able to do genuine carbon fiber overlay. Their work is amazing!! Definitely worth a call..
