Whats Next performance upgrades

I currently have an 08 turbo with EP stage 2 exhaust, Fabspeed headers, intake and a great suspension set up. I usually build my cars from suspension up and get comfortable with the set up before I tackle major performance upgrades. I'm very comfortable with my current set up and think its time to add more power, my goal is 550-600 whp. I was looking into the 68mm turbo's, awe or gt2 intercoolers, 82mm plenum, 82mm gt3 throttle body and a tune. Was wondering if anyone else is running this set up and if my hp numbers are realistic.

You can achieve that for sure. Look at this thread https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...pressions.html
I also strongly recommend the Cobb. You can even get that first with your current setup then get a new map for your 68mm turbos if you choose to upgrade in stages.

Your #'s are reasonable, if not conservative. Have you contacted Tom at Champion for more info? He is very easy to talk to and will give you the straight story.
I have most of what you have mentioned and will also say that I switched from 2-1/2" exhaust to 3" diameter as and switched from the GT2 I.C. to Champion intercoolers.
Mapping and injectors were the BIG noticeable difference. My last dyno was 650hp and 725lbs of torque, but that was before I made some final changes. PM me and I can give you my the full story should you want.

If you can get E85 in your area that is the biggest bang for the buck you can possibly get.

This is what you should do.

1. Cobb Accessport (Mitch is the man)
2. Sachs -764 (sometimes referred to as stage 2.5) clutch
2. ID1000 or ID1300 for futureproofing
3. E85
4. 997.2 Intercoolers
5. Do88 inlet pipes
6. Champion 68mm turbos

Both Bogg (OP of the 68mm thread linked above) and myself are running around on very similar setups. His car is running pump gas, and I'm running E85. Either way the car will kick *** with those turbos.

If you want a little bit more and don't mind *really* changing up the car you could try the Tial Alpha 28 turbos instead of the Champion 68 VTGs. For a mildly modded car though it's a LOT easier to maintain VTG than to ditch it though.

550-600awhp on a Mustang AWD dyno is totally realistic on pumpgas with 68s. The guys are correct - the details are important. I'm on revision 18 of the tune and it's really coming together nicely thanks to Dzenno at PTF using the Cobb AP. Sure, I could've gotten great results with the Champion/GIAC tune but there are pluses and minuses for each way. At the end of the day the performance and driveability of the 68vtgs is well worth it imho. I'll have pbox and dyno numbers soon once the final tweaking has been done. Getting close!

Intercoolers would be a great addition to what you already have.
