CAn I go MAF less without a tune?

Can I go MAF less without a tune? Without a tune will it go into limp mode?

Can or should I drive it that way?

I would not suggest it. The car will run, and throw lots of codes. Are you just trying to get the car to a repair shop? I would just tow it to be honest.
