750whp/715wtq - Finished up the first stage of my build on my CTS-V 6MT

I just finished up my first round of mods on my 2009 6MT sedan at Vengeance Racing. The final numbers ended up being 750whp/715wtq on 93oct with meth. You'll notice that the ZL1 lid is already machined for direct port nitrous by The Nitrous Outlet. That will be hooked up in December to get ready for the WannaGo Fast 1/2 mile event in Ocala, FL.

All of the pictures and video were done by me so I thought you guys might like to see it. Let me know what you think. The car is a monster on the road right now...but the clutch is already getting tired!

Looks awesome Rob! Followed your WRX build over on NASIOC and looks like you aren't going to disappoint with the V!

So I didn't see it over there, but what made you switch and are you happy with a much bigger car? I know you aren't unhappy with the power/torque increase haha.

Will do. There is more to come for sure...especially as the 1/2 mile racing series starts next year!

It was just time to. I started redoing things that were already done on the Subaru many times over. It was time to start with something new and I have always wanted a CTS-V, so that was the logical choice. As much as I liked the Subaru...this car is a lot more fun. AWD and lighter is fast...but RWD and big torque is a lot of fun to drive on the street.

I hear ya. The Cobra in my avatar was boosted to 580/470 and a blast as a DD. Not quite to your level now, but it was a much smaller/lighter car with a completely built engine and suspension. I miss having a mustang big time.
