Replaced Timing Chain tensioner now get Error codes about misfire

I had a bad lifter type noise coming from the rear passenger side of my 997TT. It was a timing Chain tensioner that would no longer hold oil pressure at idle. It was changed and now I get misfire codes on the right bank of cylinders. One cylinder seems to error more that the others but it only happens below 2k RPMS. Anyone experience this? We are going to do a leak down today. It had never put up error codes before the tensioner was replaced. Swapping coils did not help. These guys are talking bent valves now. PFFFFFTTTTT I cant see the bent valves working properly above idle.
Im not a engine specialist. Any ideas????
