Noise coming from carbon roof? AMG GT-S

My Dad is experiencing a "creaking" sound coming from presumably the carbon roof on his GT-S. Anyone else hearing this? I thought maybe it's a bad seal or something but he has less than 1k miles.

the roof is made up of different pices and if something isnt seated or fit correctly its going to creak , sounds like a mfg defect

Turns out there is a service bulletin on it, which actually points to one of the struts.

These cars make a lot of noises. There are multiple service bullitens that have been issued by the factory for different fixes, some of the fixes work and some of them don't.
