Broken shock, Bilstein B4 = OEM?

Broken shock, Bilstein B4 = OEM?
I broke my driver's side front shock hitting a bump at the track. The perch is fooked. The car is a 997.2 Turbo S.

OEM is a 6 week wait for me being where I am. They said the Bilstein B4 replacement shock is the exact same thing which is in stock. Is this true or not? Can I just run 1 Bilstein shock with 3 OEM shocks?

I have a set of oem's I'd be willing to sell. I'm pretty sure you can only purchase bilsteins in a full set of four (not individually).
