2011 Porsche 991 Turbo S

Hello,
Looking at a 2011 Turbo s with 52,000 miles on it. Looks like there have be 7 service visits, with low miles until 2015 where the third owner put 25,000 miles on it in 5 months. Any concerns with buying that come to mind? What is the first thing to usually require replacing as the miles get up on the turbos? It is a PDK

Thanks

25,000 in 5 months?!?! Jesus.

These cars are pretty bullet proof but just make sure all the required maintenance was performed.

Presume no more CPO warranty correct? How much are they asking? At a dealer right?

I can't figure how you do 5k/month, yes at a dealer, they are asking around 80k. Just asked if they had complete maintenance history. I was looking at the carfax report.

Plugs, brake fluid, all air filters, tires...brake pads and rotors if the car was beat on. 5K miles a month is ridiculous! Does it still have ceramic rotors?

Price seems high to me....yes it's a Turbo S, but 52k miles on a car like this....lots of use. Several months back I saw 2010 Turbo Cab w/65k sell for $70.

What condition is the paint in? What about the seat bolster and surrounding interior pieces?
