I know there must be a way.

Every time i start the car it auto sets on 70 and jacks the AC to infinity.

My 2007 stays in whatever position I left it last. In "A/C Off" (the "ECO" button in later models),.. it comes back on that way the next time I start the car.

The question I have is,.... WHY ISN'T THERE AN "OFF" BUTTON?

When I just want it off,... there doesn't seem to be any way to do that. I can hit A/C off,.. but then I have to ratchet the fan all the way down. I just want an "OFF".

Thumbs up

Very Simple:

1- Press/find the info button on PCM
2- Select Options
3- Select Individual Memory
4- Select Air Conditioning
5- Switch off the A/C
6- Select Store
7- Select the A/C Memory make sure the square is highlighted

This way the car will retrieve your stored settings for the A/C whenever you start.

This is assuming we share the same PCM (2009) touchscreen, but im sure if you have the older unit you can find the same settings.

I am attaching some pictures for you.

Oh man that sucks! I'm pretty sure the dealer can program it with their PIWIS, probably worth a shot. Goodluck
