New clutch
I just installed a new Saces 2.5 New flywheel I feel like the engagement point is high is that normal I smell a little clutch when I was driving a little hard

did nyou bed the clutch in before getting on it hard?

Engagement point always seemed high to me on these cars ...

Clutch smell means slipping, its wise to bed the clutch-flywheel surface in stop go traffic before pushing it hard ...

sachs 2.5 should definitely be broken in a little. it can slip before its broken in. several of my friends have come across this issue.


buy an RSS clutch pedal stop, that will help with pedal feel and eliminate dead travel.

Thanks for that! The long pedal travel is a bit annoying. I'll give that a try
