2009 997.1 turbo tip with cobb custom tune and giac tcu

i have all bolt ons except headers with cobb custom tune pushing about 560 to the wheels...i originally had the giac tune miltek exhaust with 100 cell race cats and 74m plenum with gtrs intercoolers...a year ago went to atco in nj in the summer and ran a consistent 11.01 1/4 mile...since then i changed to cobb custom tune y pipe turbo inlets and gutted cat...been to raceway park a few times in englishtown not atco and still running same 1/4 mile time...the car feels way faster with the new upgrades but not sure why i cant break into the 10s...is there a differenc between the tracks? i launch the car break boosting to about 12 psi and leave in auto mode downshifting to 1st....it got a 1.6 60 ft time but still low 11..at 125mph . any suggestions of getting off the line faster. also is the giac tcu upgrade work with the cobb tune?

From my experience Atco is a "faster" track than etown. Humidity could play a factor too.

in regards to e85, I'm sure it would be night and day but can the tiptronic handle that torque?
