New wheels for '05 C55 ???

I need some ideas for a new set of wheels for my '05 C55.

Any ideas what is the widest size and offset I can run all around too?

Thanks!

not sure of the offsets
but I can reccomend a wheel brand to look into and thats IFORGED, forged custom built wheels to your specifications and style, pricey but well worth it

As mentioned earlier, go to mbworld.org and go to C32/C55 Section and look at the picture thread... You get the ideas... Recently sombody posted BBS LM's on White C55... it looked real nice!
For Wheels/Tire Size: 19x8.5F/19x9.5R (235/35/19F 265/30/19R) This is a perfect set up w/out rubbing issue!

I was considering the iForged Aero 19s.

Any other brands come to mind?

DPE or Brabus.
DPE is much more inexpensive than Iforged and looks better too imho.

i'm not sure if it's the same with c55, but on c32, i've learned from experience that only certain 265/30/19 wheels will fit when you have suspension. my car was very low on H&R coilovers and i run 19x8.5 (front), 19x9.5 (rear) HRE 545R wheels, and it never ever rubbed with falken grbfk451 tires. these tires weren't that great though, so i switched to Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3's, and it rubbed so much it was basically rubbing while still (only in the rear, front was fine). i raised the suspension in the rear and no more problems. though on c55's, i haven't seen anybody with problems with 235/35/19 and 265/30/19, but i'm not aware if people have experimented with a lot of tires or if mercedes did anything different to the rear fenders from 2004 c32 to 2005 c55.

btw safest widest size you can run are 19 x 8.5 front and 19 x 9.5 rear. it takes a lot of work to fit 19 x 10 in rear, and 19 x 8.5/9.5 has been a proven setup with many owners

on c55, i really like the look of the Renntech Monolites. brabus are nice but heavy and there are too many replicas. i was told not to go iforged from several people for more than just aesthetic or brand reasons.
