bought it to take with me when I travel but I don't have any trips coming up for a while so it's collecting dust. I've used it for just a few hours, the battery has only been recharged once so it's pretty much brand new. Comes with box and all the items inside. The earbuds have never been used and the earbud covers are still sealed. I actually took the earbuds out of their little baggie but I got another set of headphones to use instead. Otherwise in great shape, like I said it was used very briefly so there is minimal wear on it. I don't see any scratches on the front and there's one very very VERY small scratch on the back but it's nothing noticeable at all, had to really look to find it. I'm really picky about my gadgets so it was well taken care of.
