Hello Gents

Newbie here on BMW side, been member on Aston Martin for a while. daily drive E39 BMW 540, but lately F10 bug hit me, thinking about getting one.
Came across "jahre" edition info. Limited only 300 in world, 30 in north america.
How's one determines what is the good price or market price on those? also is it really considered collectible? would the price go up? or just stay the same? Any info you can shoot my way, will be really helpful.
