When you say "brakes", do you mean rotors/pads/calipers, or just rotors? It gets complicated depending on what you are trying to go from/to.

Surface Transforms rotors are the only rotors I am aware of:

Sub'd.

Is there anything that doesn't cost $5K per rotor for folks wanting CCB's for track / hard street use and not worry about jacking up their PCCB's for resale (of the car) purposes.

Well, the above mentioned Surface Transforms are much less. From their web page:
  • $12,998 per Complete Rotor Set
  • $600 per rotor for refurbishment (plus shipping)
And they can be refurbished up to 3 times, with "Average expected life between refurbishments of 4 to 5 thousand track miles".

I have no affiliation with anyone regarding cars/parts, just passing along what I see.
