red seat belt + alcantara headliner retrofit questions

Hi all,

Got into accident with the Cayenne few weeks ago and just got response from insurance that it won't be a write off (sucks). Estimated repair is $25k CAD. Right roof air bags, fr passenger air bags and rear passenger seat side airbags deployed. While going over some of the notes from insurance, it seems the front passenger seat belt and rear right seat belt will need to be replaced. This seems to be a good time to change all the seat belts to guard red. In the notes, it shows that the buckles need to be replaced as well. Is this really necessary if swapping seat belts? If I decide to replace the other 3 seat belts, would I need new buckles for them as well? Another question, are all the seat belts the same for the 958.2? I'm thinking of finding a GTS Vin and ordering from Porsche. Mine is base cayenne.

Headliner also needs to be replaced, so I'm thinking of replacing it with alcantara headliner. Tried looking up different p/n and wondering what's the difference between "Standard" and "Comfort" headliner? found the following p/n for black alcantara headliner (958-555-514-02-2W0). Gonna have to check p/n for A and B pillars. Tried looking for as much pictures of 958 with alcantara headliners, but besides the A and B pillars, are there any other parts used to match the Alcantara headliner?

Thanks

You may need to get your VIN and contact a dealership to make sure you get the correct parts...

The buckles may be replaced as a safety measure, since they could have been damaged in the wreck if the belts had been buckled and seats occupied.

On the different headliners, I think the comfort version has extra sound proofing, as I remember the extra soundproofing as being a packaged extra that included several items.

Yea, I think it'll be a good idea if I run it by one of the part guys at Porsche.

I guess if the comfort version is not too much more expensive, then I can put in the comfort headliner. Hopefully cost isn't too bad for ABCD Pillars.
