Hello everyone

please any help would be much appreciated!

I have this 2012 Bentley the backup camera is not coming on with reverse, like when I put the car in reverse there is nothing not even a black screen, just the radio screen. PDC working good. When scanned there is on faults the owner said it was working fine

 

Do you have VCDS or know anyone who does? A full Auto Scan from VCDS might help us pinpoint what's gone sideways....
