the tickets will be delivered in early May. to transfer ownership, you must provide me w/ your full name, passport #, date of birth, & nationality. FIFA is using this to do random spot checks for terrorists, etc. you must provide this info to transfer the tickets; if you're not comfortable with this, there's nothing i can do.
these are going for $750-1000 on ebay. please make me an offer.
