Posting this for a good friend of mine:
Up for sale is a 99% condition Ulysse Nardin "Maxi Marine" chronograph, in 18k rose gold... absolutely stunning! Only tried on twice by me, and no marks, scratches, scuffs or 'swirlies' to be seen. If I didn't tell you I tried it on, you would think this was NEW... This 2-register chronograph comes on a rubber-and-gold strap with a butterfly-style deployant. The strap is sized for my 7 1/2" wrist; however, micro adjustments on the deployant can allow this to work with a slightly larger wrist (up to 7 3/4"?). If, on the off-chance you have a bigger wrist than that, extra rubber pieces can be purchased from your local UN AD at a small cost.
Comes complete, w/outer cardboard box, inner wood box, papers, warranty card, polishing cloth - everything as you would expect. Purchased by me from a local (NJ) authorized dealer; this is # 509 from a small production run. Case diameter is 41mm; exposition caseback to view the automatic UN movement. Screw-down crown AND pushers. List price is US$19,900. for this combo; my price is $12,500 (37% discount) shipped! That's an incredible savings on a very rare watch!!!
