I got this with my new laptop and have no use for it. Selling new in box for $165. Buyer covers shipping. These are $199 new for most people, $179 new with the educational discount PLUS tax.

(Note: may not come with the barcode on the box, I need to figure out what I need to get my rebate, but the iPod will be new and the box unopened)

 

Why don't you just return it at an apple or best buy store? They will either give you full refund or store credit for 199.

 

Yes, unless he cuts out the UPC then no dice. I already have a NANO but perhaps for $150 I would take it as a backup. PM me.

 

Can't return it because it was part of the package deal. Buy a macbook and get a nano for free after rebate.

I'll keep you in mind Chaapa'ai. Going to give it a couple more days, but $150 is enough for me to not bother to eBay it.
