My impression of the 997tt in person

Went down to the Auto Gallery(Woodland Hills) yesterday to look at a black 997tt. I was not able to drive it but here are the visual impressions that were significant for me:

1. The wheels look much better in person and does not have the "cheap" look from the pictures. Very different design than Porsche's previous wheels but still attractive.

2. The front bumper area is much better in person and does not look overdone or too "busy" The small round fog lights actually blend in quite well and does not look "weird" at all. The black plastic lower lip looks much higher quality than on the 996tt and better integrated with the bumper. The LED lights look great and is the focal point of that whole area.

3. The rear bumper area looks similar to as in the pictures. However, the side exit vent(on the side of the rear bumper) area has a more "full" and wider feel compared to the 996tt.

4. The exhaust tips look kind of bland, as in the pictures. Very similar in feel to what you get with the 997 Carrera.

5. The interior of-course is not much different than the regular 997's.
