this is a great cam

...but why sell it?

You always need a compact to just slide into your pocket and be on your way...not like you are going to be dragging your SLR anywhere.

Ask anyone on this forum, most people who have SLRs also have a canon SD or similar camera

I hate to sell this after I just bought it but right now I decided I need a new lens badly for my Canon 30D. The starter lens just doesnt cut it. In the meantime I am just gonna use my cell phone camera for quick point and shooting.
