Fwd 997 Tt

I was woundering something. I own a Skyline GTR that has the same electronical tranny so to speak as the new 997 TT.. the difference is that my car only transfers 50 percent to the front when needed. Is there anyone in the making of an electronic transfering control device. I ask as if i want i can keep the GTR RWD at all times flip a switch and have it be a 30/70 split... If so bye bye TURBO S...HELLO 997

GT-R technical Q on Porsche forum

Anyway this is what you're looking for....

HKS ETC / EDA

The HKS ETC is a torque split controller. It basically allows you to select anything from 0 kg/m to the fronts (as in fully RWD, for the burnout) to whatever your transfer case can provide you, usually around 35 kg/m, to the front wheels.

The HKS EDA is the drag adaptor for the ETC. It allows you to set a ramp speed, which effectively allows you to start with, say, RWD, then will switch to 35 kg/m to the fronts and gradually reduce the lock (over speed, which it monitors) so that you eventually end up in 5 kg/m (or whatever you want or works best for you) at the end of your run.

PTM Porsche Traction Management features an electromagnetically controlled multiple-plate clutch for optimum distribution of power front-to-rear. Responding within fractions of a second to both driving and road conditions, PTM is able to immediately transmit more power to the front wheels whenever required.
