Question about BBS Wheels supplier

I received this email from a buddy of mine who is looking to:
Buy some BBS wheels
and
have some work done on some BBS wheels.

The email:

"I've been trying to find a site that Sells/Rebuilds BBS race wheels.
I can't find it!
these guy's sell race wheels that they fixed or would fix yours."

Any idea on who might provide those services, particularily in California?
