The Gran T is a beautiful car in person, but I would take an Aston over a Maserati, plus the DB9 is a better driving car

I'm getting a GT myself.

Here are my reasons why I chose GT over DB9

- GT to me has better looks/lines. The new sexy lady in town as DB9 is still pretty but a little out dated to me now since it's been out awhile
- Cost $120K vs $160K+. Great price for the GT for the quality exterior/interior
- I don't need a rocket. I test drove the GT and it's fast enough but definetly not as quick as a DB9 nor handles like it. I have a GT3RS for speed. So I wanted a nice good looking cruiser and that's the GT for me.
- Interior is gorgeous. DB9 seats/interior looks cheap.
- Back seats - actually decent room. DB9 less room.

Some cons to the GT but I'll deal with.
- No Sunroof option
- Right now no bluetooth or Ipod available. They said hopefully when car will be ready those will be available. I doubt it though.
- No keyless option
- Trunk closing is manual. No automatic button to close

Hope this helps.

I said ealier that I thought the GT's was a litte over the top. EVO put it better:

"And this is only a hunch, but I think the Aston’s shape will still be slackening jaws long after the lure of the Maserati’s visual extravagance has worn off."

Ultimately, I decided to keep the DB9 but swapped the 997S for a Quattroporte.

These roads are my backyard, and sadly they are always full of suicidal tourists wrecking their cars and bikes.
