Maybe try waking it up by opening the door or inserting the key?
I tried it, but it does not work.

Try this website that I created for my 2007 fuse box and individual fuse locations. The homelink mirror fuse might be number F47. Good luck

BTW I don't think the HomeLink has a specific fuse. I believe its included in Interior lamps or Media player etc.

Power to the homelink does go off after about 15 seconds after the engine is shut off. So, all testing for power must be done with the engine running

BTW I am now pretty sure its fuse number 47. I used the homelink power source years ago to install a radar Detector . I later ran a wire to the fuse that controls the exhaust flaps to power the detector instead of the homelink power source.

I velcroed my garage door opener to the back of the standard mirror. Works well there.
