Right Side of Stereo Head Unit doesn't light up
 

Anyone know if this is an easy fix, or should I throw this car away?

Weird. I would toss it. It's no good looking like that!

My guess is this is an easy fix. Obviously a bulb needs replacing. I would call the service department of your local dealer to inquire. They should be able to guide you.

Also, my recollection is there are instructions somewhere here on 6speed on how to remove the stereo. It looked pretty straigtforward.

do not throw it away, i will give you at least 25k for it as is.........

seriously though i am having odd issues with the electronics too so if you find the fix please post it back up. mine is the stereo just randomly cutting off for a second but the cd playing does not stop yet it just plays like it continued reading and my passenger door actuator was getting stuck looking for the locking position. thinking this is why my battery died but after the charge the door lock works, weird!

I'd keep it as a daytime car and buy another one for night driving

You're not going to believe this. I spilled a latte on my dash, and now it works. Yes, it lights up! Even Aston Martins enjoy a nice warm Latte.
