Figured Out New 2-piece Braking Solution ....

Looks like I was right after all ...
Definitely worth getting a full set for those who haven't. I no longer see the point in upgrading to the 380mm fronts when can get matching 2-piece emplacements all the way around.
TypeV and Slotted looks like the best combo for matching front and rear

Not sure what was out in 2011 since Brembo North America just complete these last week. The new rotors are OEM size and are lighter weight and floating and a direct bolt on.
Not sure that that website is www.brembos.com is but its not the official site like www.Brembo.com or www.racetechnologies.com

SupremePower,
Do you by chance have the exact weight specs of the new 355mm 2piece rotors? I know the stock rotors are roughly 28-29lbs, I just want to see how much weight savings the fronts would see compared to the rears.
As a reminder, rear stock rotors are 22 lbs, rear brembos were 13lbs, so roughly 9 lbs. if the fronts are the same then that would mean they are roughly 20lbs each. That would make a very significant difference in ride quality as well as handling dynamics.
Replacing with stock rotors has now officially become obsolete, might as well upgrade to the 2piece units for all the V8 vantages

How do they differ from these (link below) that have been out since March 2011? I noticed on their site they had said "big brake kit" and would assume they would require new calipers too if they are indeed bigger? Is there a 2 piece kit thats the same size as the standard rotors that we can take advantage of the lighter weight, or is this the same size as stock?

Both the front and rear discs are two-piece units the same size as stock.

Wow great, so roughly 7 lbs reduction up front and 9lbs reduction in the rear. So for the full set that's 32 lbs of rotation unsprung mass!
That should definitely make a big impact in the way the car brakes, handles, accelerates, and rides.
If you have to replace your rotors soon, this upgrade/maintenance replacement is a no-brainer.
Is there any sort of package deal you can provide Supreme for a Front/Rear combo set of the rotors for those wanting to upgrade all 4?

can you get them in drilled front and rear? if the hats are the only thing that's unique to the Aston, cant they just bolt on any disc that's the proper size? which seems to be quite a few that use those disc dimensions.
