Anyone Not Getting Email Notification of PM's or Subscribed Threads??
 

For the last 2-3 weeks now I've stopped getting emails telling me of a new reply to thread or new pm's..everything is checked they way it should be, even made changes, saved, then set them back and saved to see if it works..nothing still, checked my spam blocker, nothing..even added 6speed to safe list..I never changed anything before it stopped the emails, wrote the board on my concern end of last week and still no reply..anyone experiencing this?? :confused:

Nope I have been getting them (PS, pinged you an email this morning).

I am not getting any notifications /emails since the Server upgrade about 1 month ago

Come to think about it, it was around that time..guess it has something to do with it..hope a mod see's this

On here or my hotmail? ..if it was on here..didn't get anything, hotmail though I can't check at work

IB is aware of these problems - we have not had an update on it yet.

Hotmail, no rush, MTIA.

I can't seem to navigate it well on my iPad and my PM's are very slow to arrive since then, too.

Are you guys all using hotmail when not receiving the email notifications for PM's and thread subscriptions? We just set up a few test accounts today with hotmail and they just showed up for PM and threads this afternoon.

let me know if you are still seeing the issue and what email service you are using so we can look into it further.
