Anyone with input for purchasing an '07 vantage, please PM me. I don't want to hijack the thread, but would appreciate the input. Thanks!

Thanks for the kind comments. I just downloaded a couple of pics from when the wheels arrived showing the detailed machining Forgeline did to make the wheels light and strong. Just thought I would share them.

I also noticed something after driving the car a few hundred miles, they have a nice "tinted brushed" look from all the brake dust...

Thanks!

The grip is amazing from these tires. The last set of street tires that had this much grip and feel that I've used were Kuhmo MX tires from a couple of years ago. The tread pattern has changed now, and from what I've read, not for the better.

Is your car lowered?
Yes, the car is lower with H&R springs.

What drops (front / rear) did you experience (after settle)?

That's pretty impressive how light weight those sized wheels are. Reminds me of the forged Champion wheels.

Also, really like the OEM plus look the wheels have on the Vantage.

Good choice and thanks for posting the pics and info.

Forgelines rock...4 seasons of competitive racing, a heck of a ton of track time! Insructing many students etc...Never any issue...EVER with my Forgeline Competition Racing wheels! You have chosen wisely. Mine are under 15 lbs or so, Competition spec, no centercaps or anything (haven't weighed them in looong while)...I have 3 sets for competition dry tires...these are the mesh Comps with Gold centers, the other set is the same mesh with polished centerd, the third set is a 5 spoke RS Comp anodized black!

Wow awesome setup and even better customer service! I may have to check out for forgeline in the future. That is extremely light for 19x11 rear. Did they supply the bolts too? I'm curious about the price (you can PM me price if moderators don't want prices to be listed).

They look fantastic

I already had a set of the lug nuts, but they did offer the exact same one's for $20.

The prices are on their web site, I paided pretty close to that.

Steve Schardt from Forgeline was really great, quick to answer emails, phone calls, was impressed.

What a great mix...sharp & classy look while lightweight for your use of the car. Well played.

IMO AM's don’t need after market wheels because the car itself is amazing, but this doesn't mean a very good looking set doesn't add something. I know others have been more aggressive with wheel choice, and that seems to be blasphemy amongst this crowd. My judging criteria: If they look sharp and the car is still the main focus of attention....then I think you've done it right.

Congratulations again.
