They aren't chrome they have a brushed clearcoat finish.

 

Still look nice...gives the car a sharp appearance...being coated does it make them easier to keep clean?

 

It's a clear powdercoat that protects the brushed, natural metal finish. It isn't necessarily meant to make the wheels easier to clean (there are other products that do that, made by companies like Gyeon and Modesta), but it might help.

Yep, car originally was white, I didn't want to repaint and mess with original, so i wrapped with matte aluminum wrap, black gloss roof, and black gloss for the chrome parts ( i dislike chrome with passion, LOL)
