V8VS vs. N420 exhaust: Any difference in sound?

Hey Lev,
I too, came back to AM. The 4.7 is a noticeable upgrade and the S offers some additional features worth thinking about like quicker steering rack, a bit more hp and the upgraded sportshift. I always thought of AM as a kind of obscure brand but am amazed at how many people recognize the car and know something about them and even more by how many people say its their favorite car. Almost every time I go for an extended drive, someone sits in the car for pics or just to see how it feels inside.
Hope you find a good one. I know you love Tungsten so when you are ready, drop me a line.

I know this was an old post. But do you still have it? I'm looking for the exhaust AD23-5230-AE. Thanks

I sold the exhaust and the car... Traded it in for a 2013 Vantage S (manual trans )... The Vantage S sounds & performs so much better than my old 2007 Vantage... Good luck with your hunt.

We now have the latest N430 system available which will fit all previous V8 and V12 vantage models and is even lighter than our previous system - http://www.quicksilverexhausts.com/A...ctbulletin.htm

^^^^^ Umm, not to be pedantic, but the video below was uploaded by David Miles back in 2007 and later uploaded by Quicksilver in 2010. Now, the video has been renamed "Aston Martin V8 Vantage N430 and GT- TITAN Supersport Exhaust (2014-on)" on YouTube and added as the demo clip for the new exhaust on the link you provided. What gives?

Curious as to how that could have happened, too. Product pages show two obviously different exhausts, but the video is the same as the one from 2007 (when only the 4.3L was available) and then rehosted in 2010 (before the N430/GT was available). Internal baffling aside, there looks to be two designs available for Vantages - one with a smaller muffler, one with a larger one. There's no way a car with the N430/GT exhaust is going to sound the same as the one in the video. The one in the video that keeps getting rehosted/renamed is the larger muffler design, not the smaller one being advertised for the N430/GT. If someone buys that exhaust based on the video, they're going to get something other than advertised.
