I think it's 2500 miles a year, but not 100%. Either way, I highly doubt this car will be driven 2500 miles per year

I went and saw the Zagato this evening as I was in the area, its MUCH better looking in person and has some very nice design features. Apparently there is a very serious offer on the car so it may be sold soon.

HOWEVER - my heart was stolen by the brand new white Vanquish Volante ten feet away. That just might be the most beautiful car I have ever seen. Stunning. And at $ 335 MSRP I could get that AND a Bentley Continental for the price of the Zagato, and still have enough left over for one of the BMW cast-offs in the used car lot at the dealership But alas, I have not the much in the toy fund, so I'll have to wait about 5 years to get my Vanquish when they've depreciated to a mere $ 140K or so...lol.

I need a better job.

The law restricts driving to 2500 miles per year.

Could you get a V12VR under that law?

I guess as an investment that wouldn't be too bad, but I can't imagine buying a 510-hp investment and not getting a good return on horsepower

That would be little tricky. The law requires that the car be 1)technically or significant, 2)less than 500 built and 3)production has ceased.

2 & 3 no problem, 1 could be. You just have to make a case, maybe.

The detail in the bodywork is extensive. And, given the status of previous Zagatos as collectors' cars (not to mention that price tag!), the car should easily qualify as "significant"

The Zagato qualified, that answer was to the question about the V12V Roadster.

Oops, my bad. Jay's post wasn't up when I got to the page so I was just going off yours!

The V12VR... That'd be a tough one. Maybe the "It's the only one in the country" argument might work haha

Here's a few not-so-good photos of the AM of Washington Zagato I took with my iPhone 5. I should go over there with my Nikon, the right lens filters, and a tripod and do it right - but that may make people think I'm a fanboi Aston Martin enthusiast...

You can see the "Z"s in the Grille as per a proper Zagato, and for some reason I don't think that's a DOT 5 mph bumper on the car.
