The wait finally ended for me this past November when I took delivery of this 2007 Porsche Pearl White Vantage with only 5,700 miles on the odo. Since the weather has been pretty crappy I've only driven it a total of maybe 12 times. It's mostly sat in the garage begging me to take her out! (torture btw)

I won't get to detailed, so I'll just make bullets.

- Tim from AM of Washington DC is an amazing tech and has always made himself available for my questions. Cannot thank him enough! (he did the PPI)

- For the record, Porsche Pearl White does not photograph well. It always looks a bit yellow. The truth is the color is gorgeous, and although the onyx black was my favorite, this color is unbelievable in person.

- Interior is obsidian black with black stitching. Its fully loaded with all options including premium sound.

- The people on these forums have helped so much, so thanks!

- I do have plans for some modifications, which include wheels/tires, DBS ****, alcantara steering wheel, carbon rear diffuser, carbon front lip and that's it.

- Crapy iPhone pics, i'll eventually take better shots

I live in Oyster Bay, about 35 mins from Pine Lawn. It's true, Long Island roads are horrible. The best modification you can have for your Vantage is a second car, which in my case is a good 'ol Honda Accord. The Vantage replaced my 350z which I bought new in 2004. Driving the Honda everyday just makes the Vantage that much more special to me.

 

Wow, low kms. Mine had 6500miles same 07. Could not find anything in the market with such low kms.

 

Very nice car! I drive an Accord as a second vehicle as well and you def can't go wrong with it!


Very good find, I'm looking for an almost identical car and my search is dragging on much longer then I expected!

Thanks Everyone! I forgot to mention that I really need to add some sort of USB/iPhone connectivity for music. There doesn't seem to be a clear consensus on what's the best method is to achieve this. I don't like the idea of the FM radio transmitters. Any other recommendations?

Also-- Why the hell do my steering wheel volume controls only control the damn phone volume! so stupid!

 

I fitted it the Denison Gateway 500 in my DB9 for AUX In and iPod. It works very well and is compatible with the new apple lighting connector.

Does anyone know if these cars make a "beep" sound when you lock them? Is there a way to turn that on? Currently it just flashes and locks.
