seat lower back panel

Does anyone know how to repair the lower front (driver) seat rear panel ......it has come loose . The leather is sliding out from the urethane pane adj. to carpet

if one was in the back seat , this is the panel that touches your feet ; and where the leather meets the plastic/urethane panel.

Thanks

If I recall correctly, it's basically held in place along the sides with velcro and then the bottom piece kinda folds up and snaps into a piece of tracking. The piece is designed to come loose to allow access to the seat mechanics. Hope that helps.. Good luck.
