Thanks.
Do I completely remove the panel ?
I only want to swap the door caps (or door cards).

P.S. You should buy a better portable lamp to make video ;-)
@ Vincent : j'ai le workshop mais il n'est pas très détaillé. Où en est tu de tes développements en cours ?

I believe that the entire door card comes out as one and I presume that you remove the top of it after it is out... never did it myself but I believe that I read it somewhere... That wasn't my video, found it on-line .

Hope that is what you are looking for

Nice work!

You already beat the GT8...

If you add now the GT8 goodies, like lexan rear & side windows, maybe combined with a carbon rear hatch...
Also Alcantara has quite a weight advantage against leather (on dashboard etc.).

Keep "adding lightness" as Colin Chapman used to say!

- wheels,
- exhaust,
- Door assy, stowage compartment, standard carpet 1,89 kg 4,16 lb
- Finisher, rear cabin (alloy) 0,91 kg 2,01 lb
- Panel assy, package tray 4,34 kg 9,56 lb
- EGR valve on the manifold,

It's time for a new upgrade : CCM disks.

To reduce the costs of this new project I want to :
- reuse OEM V8S Front 6 pot calipers with CCM AM Front disks (Vantage V12, Vanquish, DB9, etc),
- reuse OEM V8 Front 4 pots calipers with CCM AM Rear disks (Vantage V12, Vanquish, DB9, etc).

The steps of my project are :
- build front spacers for front calipers (thickness 6.5 mm => 385 mm / 398 mm),
- build rear spacer for rear calipers, (thickness 12.5 mm => 335 mm / 360 mm),
- install studs instead of bolts,
- find the right pads.

Could someone give me the part number for the front pads :
- Front V8S 6 pots calipers with CCM pads (PAGID shape ?),
- Front V8 4 pots calipers with CCM pads (PAGID shape ?).

- Shape No. 2487 AMV8V Front installed at the rear
- Shape No. 8081 AMV8VS Front.
For CCM disks I need PAGID RSC1 pads but they don't have wear sensor.

Any idea ?

Just fitted onto my V8 Vantage :
- a complete CCM Vanquish brake system with PAGID RSC1 pads and Brake Caliper Stud conversion,
- a GT12 center wheel lock system,
- a Nitron NT R1 Suspension kit.
