Clarification on engine oil for 4.7L models

I've been reading lots of conflicting knowledge on oil. Particularly the factory recommended Castrol Edge and its many variants. I've found a couple e-tailers that sell the BMW M oil.

Could somebody confirm that this is the oil I need for the 4.7L motor?

Yes that is the oil the Aston Martin dealer would use. There are other acceptable brands as well.

10.5 qt. on a 4.7 with filter change.

Note that 10L pack gives you 10.5 Quarts
