Aston Martin insurance thread, US/California
#17
My Aston is my cheapest car to insure in my household with unlimited miles.
Hagerty was not competitive when I was shopping around.
Maybe because I'm German or my wife has a ticket from 2013.

1. Male, 44yrs old, single, no tickets, no accidents (better not get a ticket)
2. Two Car policy--- Mustang 92' 5.0 Conv. , soon to be 05' DB9 coupe
Still have my Merc, but its for sale.
They quoted my just for the AM $1410 annually paid in full up front. 1k deductible including unlimited mileage, unlimited road side flat bed towing up to 60miles, SC's glass replacement cost and uninsured cost ( think that was like $5 total)
So, $118 approximately a month for that, well worth it for me ( I have been with Nationwide for 28 years, so helps if anything ever happened)

Sorry, forgot that detail------ I put 65k for it, got a question into them about things like splitters, diffusers, HRE wheels etc..... on how they will be covered if something goes terribly wrong. If I just need to raise my ACV then INS likely will go up a bit. I know when I put 95k ACV they quoted like 2k a year. Now that is getting high. I expected to pay around 130 or so a month for a second or third car of this caliber. Wonder what people on here pay for a Scuderia or 458?
