The official start time is 9:00 AM but I'd shoot for 8:00-8:15 otherwise you may be directed into one of the secondary/overflow lots. I'm going to try to find a space at AIR PRODUCTS TOWN SQUARE in front of the Arts Quest Center this time. They have a concession counter inside with tables and chairs outside and it tends to be more shaded. Also there is more pass through space between the cars for people with cameras, baby strollers and all that sort of thing. Always a great venue. Turnout is massive! Hope to see you there.
